- digitalstream Ltd is the name that will appear on cardholder statements
- digitalstream Ltd is the name advised on the payment record
- digitalstream Ltd is the name that will appear on your statement

Digitalstream Ltd is a New Zealand-owned and operated business, and all transactions will be billed in a Bank of New Zealand-approved currency. This is not an ongoing subscription. Every time a customer makes a purchase, this is counted as a separate transaction.
Payment:
- digitalstream Ltd accepts bank deposits, internet banking, credit cards and cash payments
- digitalstream Ltd will supply relevant payment information in the confirmation email and the delivery invoice
- Your account will be charged in NZD$ or the stated currency on the order form you complete.
Delivery:
- Delivery of products, services and online programs is online and delivered worldwide
- There may be a delivery fee depending on the goods purchased. This will be stated in the shopping cart process
digitalstream Ltd delivers online programs within 24 hours and physical goods within 7 days. - digitalstream Ltd will attempt to deliver to you within this desired delivery time; however, they cannot guarantee this during busy periods
- At the time of confirmation, it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to digitalstream Ltd via the following email address: hello@digitalstream.co.nz
